Introduction
Dongdong & Lulu Artist Residency Program is an international artist residency program providing artists, curators, writers, and academics with the opportunity to live and create work in Nanjing. The residency provides contact with local artists, promotion for local art environments, and creates conditions interaction across diverse fields and geographical areas. Lectures, art presentations, workshops and open studios form deep interactions among artists, students and the public.
Eligible Applicants
Dongdong & Lulu Artist Residency program gives artists, designers, architects, sculptors, ceramicists, performing artists, textile artists, new media artists, curators, filmmakers, animators, printmakers and writers a place where they can develop ideas, experiment and produce new work.
Application Process
Applications accepted by mail upon inquiry.
Facilities
Loft style, about 200 square meters, 6.5m high ceilings. The loft studio includes a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, working space and exhibition space.
Program Fees
The Nanjing Residency studio fee is $650 USD per month.
Additional Information
Residencies last 1 to 3 months.
Artists can come with partners and children.
